About the Chef

Chef Dan Moore

Chef Moore has worked in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years both as a Chef and in the front of the house. At the very early age of 15, as young and eager apprentice, he entered a world in which he would find his calling. After 3 years, he moved to the front of the house in order to expand his knowledge of what it takes to make a memorable event exactly that.. memorable. Since then he has worked in almost every capacity of the restaurant industry, from line cook to waiter, Captain, Bartender, and even Cigar Steward.

In 1997, just 4 years out of high school, he started Agape Catering and took hold of what would eventually evolve into One Moore Bite. During this time, he specialized in corporate gatherings at the homes of some of the Silicon Valley's most prestigious clientele. Whether it was an elegant 7 course dinner for 12, a festive Holiday Cocktail Party, or a poolside feast for 30, the accolades have always been the same... bravo.
